CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm and check-out time is by 12:00noon.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport and Immigration Card are required at check-in.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Should you arrive at Labudhi prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Front Desk (opens 8am-10pm only) for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
• If you are checking out before 7am, please settle your bills the night before.
• Please check with Labudhi’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
FURTHER INFORMATION
• Labudhi is located in mountain so expect numbers of steps up and down to and from your room to Reception and Cafe.
•  Labudhi is located in the jungle (wild), so expect to see spiders, snakes, mosquitoes or other creatures. Be careful.
• All requests and preferences, are subject for availability upon check in.
• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. Labudhi reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. The minimum fee amount is USD 300.00
• It is forbidden in the Labudhi territory:
– smoking (cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, etc.)
– drinking alcoholic beverages
– drug use
– to make a loud noise
– to be in Labudhi territory under alcohol or drugs influence

Labudhi reserves the right to cancel the reservation of guests who violate these rules without returned or impose a fine. The minimum fee amount is USD300.00
• You can’t take out any Labudhi inventory outside of it. Don’t take out towels, yoga mats, etc. For damage to equipment, inventory or hotel rooms, a fine is imposed in accordance with the damage inflicted and the price list

PRIVATE TRANSFER
• Private transfers are not included in the price unless specified. They should be arranged prior to arrival and rates will depend on the mode of transfer. Labudhi requires the following at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• From Airport – Name of Guest(s), Flight Number, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
• From Pier – Name of Guest(s), Pier Name, Ferry Name, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
• From Other Hotel – Name of Guest(s), Hotel Name, Hotel Contact Number, Room Number, Time of pickup

GENERAL PROVISIONS
• Labudhi may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if Labudhi is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• Labudhi shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Labudhi shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by Labudhi.

IMPORTANT
We strongly advise that all guests take out adequate travel insurance in case of unavoidable emergencies that may result in the cancellation of their stay at Labudhi as well as Medical Insurance for emergency.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 31 or more days in advance to avoid penalty. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to arrival result in one night room and tax penalty. Guest may transfer any remaining nights to future dates within a 12 month period. Zero cash refund is provided. Cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to arrival result in zero refund.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations are to be paid in full, 100% at the time of booking.
