We care about the health of our guests. And for this we suggest all our guests to get acquainted with the principles of healthy eating (SheseleHealthy Eating) while staying with us. This is different from basic and common nutrition principles.


LaBudhiHealthy Eating - fresh fruits, vegetables, greens and nuts, as the most suitable for human nutrition and certain healthy eating principles. Staying at us is an opportunity to get acquainted with such a balanced diet and principles. 


It's important not only what we eat, but How. We understand that people have different eating habits, and after us at home they will eat, perhaps, other food - but if you follow our rules, then any food will have a minimum of harm and maximum benefit. 

Principles of LaBudhi Healthy Eating

Eating At us - IT'S NOT EASY eating food. THIS IS A WHOLE PROCESS WHERE ALL ATTENTION IS DIRECTLY FOR THE observe OF YOURSELF AT THE MOMENT, FEELING THE TASTE OF EACH PIECE AND THE REACTION OF THE ORGANISM ON IT.

EVERY TIME it WILL BE A REAL MEDITATION.

ATTENTION ON THE eating PROCESS


Direct all your attention to the process of eating, the reaction of the body. Don't talk, don't look, don't read, and even think of nothing. All attention to the sensations and effects of food on yourselves.

Exclude the mixing of various products: vegetables-fruits, vegetables - meats, meat-fruits, starch-fruits, starch-vegetables, etc.. Ideally, eat only raw vegetables and fruits.

2. Drink before eating at least 20 minutes

3. it's possible to drink with food in small sips

DRINK WATER, FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICES

Thus, water is most fully absorbed by the organism and the water balance is not disturbed

EXCLUSION OF SUGAR

Complete exclusion of sugar, and products containing it. It acidifies the body - and this is a favorable condition for the development of parasites and pathogenic microflora
